SIGN: The Sankoree Institute of Global Negotiators

SIGN is the public-facing identity of the Accra Reset's sovereign negotiation platform, launched at the Africa CEO Forum in Kigali on 14 May 2026 in partnership with ASG and AfroChampions.

Within SIGN, GUNS remains the internal credentialling framework and OCTagon functions as the AI-enabled intelligence and deal-support platform. ASG in Kigali is the anchor campus, the Olusegun Obasanjo Leadership Institute in Abeokuta serves as a delivery node, and future partnerships such as the Lee Kuan Yew School remain prospective rather than current delivery anchors.

Masterkey: The Global Skills Digital Passport

Masterkey is the validated public brand adopted in March 2026 for the Accra Reset's labour mobility and digital credential infrastructure.

Its four-part architecture consists of the Trust Stack, the Skills Credential Wallet, Virtual Work Corridors, and the revenue and governance architecture that underwrites cross-border placements. Phase 1 is designed around 150,000 placements across three pilot countries, with women accounting for 70 per cent of placements.

The North-South Dialogues

A focused plurilateral process co-convened with a major European country for Global South and Global North partners to move beyond statements to concrete joint action. The North-South Dialogues operate across four substantive tracks - critical minerals value optimisation, industrial artificial intelligence, skills and labour mobility, and health systems transformation - each producing joint action dossiers with real projects, real timelines, and real accountability.
